01 Evaluation of the situation

We will use around 15-20 min to discuss the limiting beliefs you are experiencing and what you want to turn them into. To which possibilities you want to open yourself and where the resistances may be.


02 Formulation of the goal

Together we will reformulate the limiting belief, which is blocking you from achieving what you want, into a positive present tense goal. The subconscious mind does not recognize the word “no”, nor does it recognize past or future tenses.

03 Muscle test

A technique derived from Kinesiology, which is used to communicate with the subconscious mind to check if it recognizes the belief or goal we want to achieve.

There are two types of test results.  A strong result shows what your subconscious mind believes as true.  A weak result shows what your subconscious mind believes as false.


 

04 PSYCH-K® balances

A balance is a process through which we bring the brain into a “whole brain” state (=both brain hemispheres are in total connection) . We do this to be able to access and reprogram the subconscious mind, as it can only be deactivated from the same state that it was created.

When the goal tests weak, it means the subconscious mind does not yet have this program.  We will then use the different balancing tools of Psych–k® to balance both hemispheres of the brain so the new goal can easily be integrated.  If the goal tests strong, we will need to re-formulate the goal.

05 Action plan

The last but not least step after reprogramming the belief is bringing aligned conscious action into play by writing an action plan.

With the balances you create potential and with your actions you create results.

For example if you balance to overcome the fear of flying, you are going to have to take a plane. Or if you are experiencing a block with technology that is stoping you from growing your business, after the work you will need to start using technology and see how the resistance has diminished or disappeared altogether.

Commitment to your actions is what will make the difference in your results.
